leaking shower faulty cistern
The location was acceptable. A short walk to main attractions
I was very frustrated. The room was not what i expected. the walls needed painting and the shower leaked badly making the bathroom floor wet and dangerous. the toilet cistern was also faulty. It was difficult to flush properly. I would not stay here again

i liked its location so much. it was close to everything. the breakfast had a nice selection. the staff were pleasant to i.
my room needed updates real bad. the air condition make some noise all night. there's very little sound proofing, the noise from hall bother me.

attentive staff clean room quiet location
the staff was helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. the hotel's location was perfect, near the main attractions but also very quiet.
the air conditioning system in the room seemed a bit outdated and difficult to adjust.

excellent location helpful staff lovely canal view comfortable bed
the room was cleaned daily and it was modern. the access was easy and the atmosphere was very cute.
the light switches were from a different era this made it difficult to figure out how to operate the lights correctly

The location was good, very close to the Rialto bridge. Breakfast includes croissants and yogurt. Our room had daily cleaning service. We also found the staff ready to assist with directions.

wonderful stay near major attractions
helpful staff excellent recommendation peaceful garden clean room
i found the staff helpful and friendly. federico and pierre offered excellent restaurant recommendations and even booked a water taxi to the airport for me (i appreciated that). the garden was peaceful. the room, though small, had everything i needed and was very clean.
the breakfast selection could have been slightly more varied, though it was sufficient for a quick start to the day.
